★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repaired done on 3 Nov as mentioned on its notification poster. But touch screen was faulty on 9 Nov when I wanted to collect my items. Hotline is useless too, always high call volume, i wonder why.

But I later found out that we can actually call up the customer service to check the locker vancancies before heading down. Suggested to customer service to put such status update into the app instead of calling to check. Not sure how long before this will be implemented.
