★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the dandruff treatment. The cleansing was honestly very painful for me. I don't know how their procedures were like since this is the first time but the staff just scrub my scalp with her nails very aggressively it's like she's just scratching my scalp. Before the treatment, the consultant was already telling me not to scratch my head and then this happened. I went home with a stinging feeling on my scalp and a very frizzy hair because they never blowdry properly (but it's okay considering they are not a salon). The staff are nice but the hair treatment experience is not for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited Yum Nam Hair care for dandruff issue. The results at the end of the recommended treatment was not satisfactory. One fact I didn't appreciate, the assigned consultant Mandy asked for my phone giving reason that she wants to make an entry for me for a lucky draw, and used the phone to give positive feedback for herself. This was truly unprofessional. Now I am updating this feedback after noticing this.

When its time to wash my hair, I would need to step outside the room to the washing area, my consultant, May being considerate and she gave me towel to cover my hair so that the males customers wouldn’t see me ??? thank you for the service ?

She has been taking very good care of my scalp and hair problems. She also provided additional hair cutting and styling services. Very satisfied with her service.
