★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly maintained machines will likely frustrate you. Scanner doesn't work. Touch screen is insensitive. Lockers don't lock unless u give it a hard thump and printer doesn't work. Think we r heading down SMRT's road....?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Works perfectly fine just like any other POPstation, but is now inaccessible after mall operating hours because it has been relocated to the basement (near Cold Storage). A massive inconvenience since the whole point of parcel lockers is to maximise access to pickup and dropoff services outside of traditional operating hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Are POPStations biased against Shopee sellers? Return labels print perfectly for every user bringing in their ezyReturn packages before and after me, but the machine refuses to print labels for SpeedPost waybills generated by Shopee Seller Centre.
