★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to return an item. Machine does not recognise my ezyReturn label. Called hotline at option “7”which was for PopStation. However, was directed to Postal Services. CS stated it is not under her department. She requested for me to wait for a call back without a specify date or time. The staff eventually put my on hold to contact the relevant team. She told me I will receive call back from the PopStation team by 5 minutes. I was still at the physical location after 30 minutes in with no call back. I eventually left the place and receive a call around 50 minutes in.
Issues with SingPost:
1. Why direct hotline to an irrelevant team? And no resolution could be provided?
2. Why does the database not capture the latest transaction request after 30 minutes? How long does this syncing take for the ezyReturn code to take effect?
