★ ★ ★ ★ ★ appalling service here. i’ve been to this outlet 3-4 times and have always experienced horrible service. the auntie at the stall clearly cannot communicate well with customers. on top of that, the wait here is too long, both just to order and to get your egglets (at least 20 min). this time i went, i was the only one queuing. i waited for about 5 min before calling the auntie, who ignored me the first few times and instead went to use her phone to listen and respond to a voice message. the 4th time i called her, she rudely shouted at me to wait because she wanted to do something else. i told her i was in a rush, to which she responded “not my problem”. i was at a loss of words and walked off, i didn’t want to deal with her s**t attitude today. if you can avoid this outlet, AVOID AT ALL COST. the staff at other outlets are significantly better and friendlier.
