β β β β β I love how different this spa looks compared to its other outlets (and pretty much most spas out there as well). I'm also a fan of their acai bowls... LOVE the generous portions and reasonable pricing. My new hangout.

β β β β β I had a good time at this facial salon. Therapist were good. However, the sales lady takes a long time and often I find myself spending too much time consulting. The treatment are good and effective though. A bit expensive, but it is normal as it is in posh paragon.

β β β β β I've been a client of Porcelain since 2012 - and through the years, my skin condition has improved drastically. I have the tendency to get a lot of mini pimples on my forehead, cheeks but this is mostly under control (and my skin is glowing now!), with the help of the Quinessential Facials, HA+ and Balance Essence Serum and IPL ZitZip treatments.
Top quality service, high quality products which really work!

Iβve suffered from acne for many years and Porcelainβs treatment program was exceptionally effective for me. Highly recommended despite the high price point.

β β β β β They are so friendly and helpful when step in the salon. Nia is professional, acknowledge to explanation my skin condition, she has mentioned the therapist name(Moon)will be attended me in a while. My therapist (Moon)so patient to explained every step, products benefit.

β β β β β Overall not recommended, not worth the money. place is clean, decoration is beautiful,staff is friendly. But these things are not the most important for facial. The premium facial stated 90 min ended only 60 min, no massage, I asked whatβs the different between premium and normal, no real answer, the person just told me thatβs what on the brochure. I am paying 250 for such, It just not worth it.

β β β β β One of the most comfortable spas Iβve been to :) itβs cosy, clean, lush and the facial rooms are done up so well. The therapist and staff were really knowledgable, kind, and no hard selling / pushing (Emily, Jasmine). I went for the Sun Rescue facial for my sensitive skin and it came with a shoulder massage and many samples of their products :) highly recommend !
