Very bad communication and not very organized, Yes precautionary measures is need but seem like your banks side , does see your valued customer as customer, as I just wish to update detail but wait nearly for 2 hours .

First of all, after the pre/post Covid19, the aesthetic of this branch is horrifying. Doesn't look like a bank at all. Secondly, I went there on 27 October, Tuesday with my elderly mother to have my late dad's account closed. Since when from the SAME HOUSELHOLD need to sit apart? My mom's and mine IC are of the same household and when we live together. Manning the queue outside the branch was this really annoying malay lady in headscarf. Reminded my mom in an irritating voice to SIT APART. Before I could say that we live together she walked away. And did I mentioned the waiting time? Damn LONG A.F ?

Was there to close a trust account and open a new account around 11 am. There were 13 numbers in front of me and guess what only 1 counter servicing this segment. Check with a lady in uniform at the entrance, she confirm there’s only 1 counter and each account opening will take half an hour. She say there’s no other alternative but just wait. OMG what a service standard. I don’t understand why there’s only 1 counter when this segment is taking the longest time to complete a transaction where cash services has 3 counters plus there’s so many machines outside. In the end, I closed 2 accounts and open none. Anyway we are small timer, they won’t miss us.

Very poor service. Was told to come down to the branch when i receive an SMS but when i did, the branch was already closed. Wasted 1 and a half hours waiting just to get my queue number skipped. Very poor service. Not even a single staff approached me to compensate for this big mess up.

Fail branch. Estimated waiting time 45mins -1hr but end up waiting for 2hrs 30mins and queue number still not call out yet, ticketing system just plain retarded with some having priority over you just bcoz of the service you're doing i assume. WAKE UP YOUR BLOODY SYSTEM POSB!! Will never be coming down this place again

Rude staff and long waiting time. Staff was rude when we were seeking to get a Q no. There were some verification issues via the teller machine and the teller had told us to get a Q no. We had already wasted 10 mins inside the teller room. And then came your staff who didn't try to understand our situation fully and told us to come back on the next working day when we requested a Q no. Only after a while when we stood there to request again did she try to explain to us the situation that she made us an exception and gave a Q no. We had to wait an hour plus for our turn. Perhaps what can be improved is to train your staffs to understand the situation of the customers first and not jump into conclusions easily. Don't assume we have all the time to come back to get our situation fixed. Otherwise, the other staffs were friendly and accommodating.

Seems like a trend that POSB / DBS are closing heartland branches and are flushing and forcing seniors and bo bian act customers to go down to the very few branches they have left. SMS Q does not work due to covid. Force to visit branch with risk to long waiting time. True enough. Toto cannot tio but tio long waiting queue of more than an hour. Sms came 2 customers in front. End up go in waited another 45 mins and i counted 8 customers before my turn. Spent another 30 mins of my miserable life just to setup a freaking atm card for my teenager son. Most services i have been have improved by covid but this bank trip was terrible. Worse than pre-covid. Kudos to the bank whom was once "the people's bank" - NO LONGER.

Poorly equipped, under staffed with lomg waiting time. All counters taking care of remittance and non cash services only. The q at Cash services and account opening has not moved in 20 mins. Staff are clueless and aetos guard appears to be doubling up as bank employee
