Power Kids Gym - 81 Clemenceau Ave

My girl has been going to power gym for 2 years since about 20 months and I see that her motor skills, balance, jump, grip are better than most kids her age. Also, the classes well balances fun & development, and they are flexible in terms of placement, which was important for me as my girl was Jan born and thus advanced for her age group. (Hey, 6 months can mean a big difference when kids are just 2 or 3) I compared a number of gym programs before choosing power gym and what sets them apart is: 1) the way they run a class- they usually have 3 concurrent activities so waiting time per child is quite reasonable (i think its crazy to hv kids wait in line to do single activity when average class elsewhere for this age group is only 40 min or so), 2) naturally, they have multiple coaches in a class to lead and help, 3) and, the staff are so friendly kids love them. 4) bang for $ especially if u take advantage of free play time available for members (they have huge trampoline that kids fly like magnet too)

We go weekly and really like the instructors and the "exercises"

My girl and I love Power Kids Gym. The classes are fun and the trainers are super knowledgable and awesome with kids. Open Gym is also a great way to spend an active hour with your little one (hopefully followed by a nap ?). We had a birthday party here too and the kids all had a blast!

Open for parties and classes as well - great fun for kids to stretch their physical ability and explore their limits safely

Worst service and overpriced baby and toddler classes that are oversimplified and uninspiring (I can’t speak for the classes for older kids). The only good thing is the open gym where you can maximize on their equipment but now with COVID it is nearly impossible to get a slot and even when there are slots their booking system is always down! Two stars for equipment, otherwise it would be one star.

My son and his friends had the best time, 1h30 of sheer fun! The trainers were great with the kids and super helpful with setting up and cleaning up everything afterwards. Hassle-free for me. So glad I chose this place to celebrate his birthday. Thank you!!

Absolutely fabulous experience at the gym! My daughter had a party with 10 of her friends and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The trainers were fun and full of energy, able to get the girls engaged and settled in quickly. Thankfully we booked 2 sessions back to back, 1 session would definitely not have been enough to satisfy the girls appetite for fun. Highly recommend the gym for parents looking for kids party venues!

The staff - both the administrative staff and teachers - are warm and welcoming. The space is also perfectly sized and equipped for open play. My 9-month-old absolutely loves her time here and has grown tremendously in confidence to climb, crawl and everything else!
