★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spin class enjoyment highly dependent on instructors, mixed reviews of different instructors. Recommend Trish & Isaac's class. Lightings were average, strange that there was a shower area but no toilet, many lockers to use, shoes & towels provided so very fuss-free. Shoutout to Dominic who provided above and beyond to provide excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please consider checking in with new attendees if it is their first time doing spin, and if they work out regularly for safety purpose. Just to avoid another attendees being sent to A&E due to spin class. (personally, just got discharged and still recuperating. but met a few during my stay in the hospital who were there for the same reason)
