The training is very professional and you can feel that the trainers care about the results. In a relatively short time I have achieved a great physique which gets noticed.

โ โ โ โ โ Love this gym, itโs small but has everything you need. The Trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and fun. Itโs a personal training gym so itโs never busy or overcrowded and compared to some other personal training options out there, a really cost effective way to get the maximum benefit from your training. It seems like every week Iโm hitting a new personal best so really happy with my results to date.

โ โ โ โ โ Gold's Gym is a global brand, but here you definitely get bespoke personal service. I cannot speak highly enough of my PT, Han. Han has devised a training routine along with an easy to follow diet that has helped me shed 16kg over the last 4 months. Then training is tweaked regularly to get best results and the encouragement and drive to get me to my goal has been amazing. If you have the motivation the guys will get you where you want to be. Highly recommended.

Han has been instrumental in giving me the encouragement and motivation, devising a customised exercise and diet plan that is constantly being revised to fit my needs and lifestyle. His dedication and professionalism shown to his trainees have impressed me greatly.
