I think they’re confused with naming their place. It’s more of express rather than signature. Food is ok but very limited, so are the drinks.

Satisfied my prata cravings. Nice ambience and cosy environment to have lunch or dinner with your family. Steven served us with exceptional customer service. Prata was delicious too.

Visit date: 24sept21, Friday, 2032pm Order: Take away - Chicken Tika, Mango lasi medium size (look like not medium but smallest cup) Review: This is my first time visit after half a year i move to stay in this east coast area. Since i am such like tandoori & chicken tika addicted so i decided to approach this shop after many months observing from far. Not sure is halal or not since im a muslim (last time thoughts). Good, been told is Halal with Muis logo/cert at wall. Anyway, first impression to the guy who sit infront of door as a reception who checking our tracetogether apps, i dont like the way he act. His face not welcoming at all. We are customer. We are not a poor people who come to loan money from you. So please next time do not act your face like that. Show your welcoming face then we will happy to do marketing among our friends promoting your place. Overall food is good. Packaging all are well. Presentation and area decorative are nice and modern. Only the staf at the door should get courtesy training. Anyway, the staff at the counter with black colour long sleeve was very courtesy, smiling face, and professional. He is?.

Visited 3 times in 2 months. Got orders wrong on 2 out of 3 times. First time, missed an egg prata and gave a normal prata instead. Second time (just recently on 02-Oct-21), ordered 3 cheese, 3 onion, 3 plain and 1 egg. Only had 2 instead of 3 plain. The place was NOT crowded at all. Inexcusable. Another really annoying thing about your order taking staff. I stand in queue waiting. He looks up and says "Yes?". I start reading out the order slowly. He looks up and says "Hold on". If he is not ready then why say "Yes?". Say, "Just hold on for a minute, I will be with you soon". I did not say I cannot wait. This happened on 3 out of 3 occasions. Seriously, if you want to survive and grow you better improve fast.

Today we having lunch at Prata Wala Big splash. Friendly staff.Good food, lamb shank Biryani and masala chai superb. Highly Recommended!

Poor service. Very long waiting time. Opens at 8am. Was here at 8.20am. After ordering was told no cups for drinks. Used curry bowls instead. Then no utensils. Seriously you cant make this up. Really really embaressing
