★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using cloud story laundry and dry cleaning service for many years when i was located at bedok reservoir.
when i shifted to this area, I found out they are here too!
it's a tie up with a florist - Amazing Floral.
Although it is a collection point, the store owner is very attentive.
it's so simple and easy, I dont need to worry, as they help me write down my instruction and the back operation will follow up with me.
P.S the good thing is if i need to surprise my wifey with flowers i know where to go *laugh*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found Cloudstory online and engaged their services for dry-clean of carpet and kua. Prices are friendly and they provide free delivery above orders of $40. It's awesome because I don't have to use my already limited weekend time to bring my laundry to a shop! Would definitely recommend Cloudstory :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using their laundry and dry cleaning for a long time, they have always been delivering good quality service since my Day 1 with them.
Although they mentioned 1 week turnaround for the clothes to return, the laundry usually come earlier than expected. ?
Should there be any chance of delay, they would contact us ASAP.
So far I am happy with the service and Amazing Floral’s Service staff whom is assisting me is amazing too ?
Would be good if Cloud Story can quote us on spot on the items when we drop off clothes / curtain / etc for cleaning :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service at great prices. They managed to properly dry clean a giant 70 cm tall soft toy! Everything from fees to policy was communicated clearly.
If I need to clean difficult items, I'd definitely ask them for their professional advice.
