Requested for the door handle replacement in the morning and had it replaced the same night. He was extremely patient with my requests as well and I would definitely not hesitate to find him again or recommend him to my friends.

He responded promptly and attentively listens to my problem. Then he advised me to try spraying the lock with WD-40 before attempting to open the letterbox.
It works!
Sean did not charge me any fee. He could have come down then charge me a service fee by spraying WD-40. Next, he could have try to get me to change my lock.
I really appreciate that he is genuinely in helping his clients. This incident shows that he does place his client first before business.
Should I really need a locksmith, I will find you again.
