Definitely a nice place to study or co-work at with free and fast WIFI, charging ports and free refreshments! And also, if you're looking to study during the day without worrying about getting kicked out after you finished a drink, you can get a day pass at only $12.00! and they open from 10:30-5pm!

Good study space with plugs readily available. They provide drinks and assorted snacks to refuel while studying. They offer an affordable lunch delivery service if you’re too lazy or too pressed for time to walk anywhere. If you do have the time, it’s within walking distance to Paya Lebar MRT so it’s accessible and has lots of food options nearby.

Nice and comfortable environment with free Wifi for studying/working! Booked a day pass for $12 and could stay here from 1030am to 5pm. Also had free flow water and coffee, and other small snacks like granola! Toilet was nearby as well so generally convenient and very accessible - only 2-3min walk from Paya Lebar MRT. Would definitely come back again :)

Quiet and good study spot. There are power plugs readily available so that's a plus!!! $14 for an all day pass is quite worth it since wifi, drinks and snacks are provided. I like how accessible the place is as it's walking distance from paya lebar mrt. Will definitely be back again!

Great place for studying or working. $14 for a full day pass(10.30am to 5pm). Decently quiet and staff are really nice and helpful. Drinks and snacks are free of charge and topped up frequently (or you can simply ask the staff). About 6 mins walking distance from paya lebar mrt. Great location if you are staying in the East. Definitely will be back. Don't expect great variety of snacks or drinks. A general guideline: Snacks (Twisties and Oreo). Drinks (Coffee, Tea and lemon infused water)

It was my 3rd time at Productive, and also my worst experience. I really love the concept of Productive and I feel that it's very affordable in comparison to other co-working alternatives. In terms of snacks, drinks, etc, I think it's sufficient. My first experience at Productive was quite pleasant, as there were little people and it was quiet for the most part (apart from a loud fellow customer who was quite disruptive but not for the entire time). But the staff that day was very cold, and at around 4.40pm she started packing up the entire place, which included taking the posters right next to me and pamphlet off my table right infront of me without any word, alongside snatching off the extension wires from the tables all around me. To clarify, I think it's perfectly okay to start packing up early so you can get off work at 5pm, but I would have appreciated a polite gesture of letting me know that you're packing up and asking if it was okay to remove stuff right in front of me. Thankfully, the other two times I came back, it was a different staff who did do that gesture and were a lot warmer and approachable. My most recent experience, Productive was completely full-house. We arrived at around 11am+ and even though we booked a full day pass, there was only an uncomfortable/backless bar table and stool space left - so just a note to new customers, please arrive right at their opening because having the day pass doesn't mean that you'll have a comfortable spot reserved for you. Thankfully some customers left midway and the staff was kind to let us change our spots to that table. However, what put me and my brother off the most was that it felt as though Productive was really just trying to shove as many customers into the space as possible. It was crowded, noisier, and mid-way through, we were asked if we could sit directly across each other so that they can fit another customer on our table... The width of the table is not particularly big, and as we were both using computers/mouses, so it would've been incredibly uncomfortable to follow that recommendation. Regardless, we tried to shift inwards to accommodate one more customer. I think this is a norm if it were a free, public working space like in a library or a mall. But since we're paying for Productive to have a comfortable, working environment, I thought this was quite off-putting. It wasn't just us who was asked to share our tables by the way, in fact, I think our table was the last to have been squeezed to fit one more customer. I have no qualms about the customer by the way, she was thankfully friendly and quiet and this is not on her at all. But I think Productive needs to reconsider their idea of what a full-house is, and draw the line between taking in as many customers as possible and preserving a comfortable working environment for the customers who are already in-house. Additionally, there was a table that was very loud and disruptive, but the staff did nothing about it. But honestly, everyone has a different threshold to disruptiveness, so I'll give my benefit of the doubt that perhaps it's on the customer themselves to step up if they find another customer disruptive, rather than to expect the staff to step in. I genuinely enjoy Productive as a concept, and its location and price point, so I hope that the business will take in this feedback constructively. Thank you.

it has a really nice environment and vibe, it’s cozy with the perfect room temperature (not cold and not hot) and the staff are really nice and friendly. stayed here for a full day and was honestly very productive, would definately come again :))

Love the quiet and cosy setting, although it's not a huge space. It's good enough to settle down your work and the area is surrounded by greeneries and a close walking distance to endless food options at PLQ. The lemon-infuse water, coffee and snacks were a nice complimentary. Give it a try if you'd need an alternative wfh space.
