★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service without a doubt. Once I tested and had issues with fan noise, the arrangement was another door step pickup next day. All pickup and delivery was to the door step and final was testing at my humble abode. Projector Doctor serves a niche market where few can match both professionalism and the service level. The customized miplate was definitely it's niche expertise to address the multiple lines on screen issue. I had other issues with blue tooth remote and unable to fully shut down which were all resolved by projector doctor. It is quite expensive to fix my projector but definitely worth every cent with the professional service. Thank you for fixing my xiaomi UST projector

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ did a repair of my xiaomi ultra short throw laser projector that was having intermittent issues with a bad image (white dots). so far works good; definitely get them to repair if you have similar problems. Would have been awesome if they were able to give a longer warranty. They did give me 90 days cover on same problem reappearing, which I suppose could be longer, considering the cost of repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chanced on Projector Doctor while googling to find a repair shop for an Epson LCD projector that was not working. Jazz Cheong was very helpful and most generous to assist in many ways. The projector was brought in on Tue 20 Sep at around 2.25pm. I received a text message from him at 4.30pm on the same day saying the projector was repaired and ready for collection.
Friendly, helpful and very accommodating will be what I experienced from the Projector Doctor team. Keep it up. You truly make my day!

With Snow White dots
They replace the Miplate and it works , no more white dots , and they deliver back to my place personally test it with us and advice us hope to maintenance the projector ,

Solved 2 problems with my Xaomi 4k Projector - replaced the Miplate (it really works! Stopped issue of vertical lines) And sorted issue with processor.
