★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb service level despite only having a single-man team. Went to have my PS5 controller replaced due to joystick drift. All you have to do is produce your receipt of purchase and the affected product to have it replaced with a completely new unit. Everything's done within 15 mins!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is quite a challenging place to go to as there might have some misguidance along the way. Their office is located at Blk 69 #07-23 (Sony Support states Blk 73 #06-52)
Stanley repaired my controller on the spot and receive it not long after!
If your console or controller is under warranty, take a picture of your console barcode and purchase receipt
Do come a few hours before their closing time as you might get lost finding their office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location was challenging to find but manage to find it after some GPS and address exploring. Friendly staff, and i appreciate the music they play as ambience haha.So my ps4 had a straight forward issue, a faulty hdmi port so changing the motherboard could be done within the same day which is awesome. Initially said repair would take about average 3 days time, but offered to try for same day job if can complete within working hours and no complex issue arise. They finished in about 1hr half then texted me that they completed it, very prompt service. Comes with a 3 months warranty in case the new parts has any faults which is a generous period of time in my opinion. No hidden fees they will let you know what it will cost and if any additional charges will be added before proceed with repairs or replacements. Went on a rainy Saturday morning. Not too busy :).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today is my boyfriend’s birthday and it was kinda ruined when we bought a new game that he has been looking forward to. Tried playing but there was an error that kept happening during the introduction of the game. Called the developers of the game and they said they had no solutions and suggested it might just be a hardware issue.
We went to this store, the staff helped lighten the mood up, was extremely kind and very friendly. The issue was fixed within 2 hours, now my boyfriend is able to play the game and his birthday will end in a good note. Thank you so much!!
