★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was rude.. She used a condescending tone, as if I owed her a living.. "can you wait" is not how a paying customer should be served.. Certainly not with a follow up of "Im in the middle of a customer's order" when I asked how long would I have to wait.. Whoever is bothered to read this, please note the condescending tone because the actual words used are harmless..
I have been buying their bbq chicken pizza quite regularly.. I guess they just lost a customer permanently..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw the staff cutting up a loaf of "Wendy". Approached her and asked if they have such service to help customer cut the bread to smaller size.
Her response was "obviously right? If not why would I be doing it now?"
A simple "Yes" would be enough. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had three bad experiences here. first time they burned my waffle because they were talking amongst themselves and i didn’t even receive a proper apology, had to wait extra 15 mins. second time they forgot to put oil on the waffle pan so the waffle stuck to the pan, had to wait again while they redid the waffle. just today i was eating the waffle and found a piece of aluminium in it. they are quite shortstaffed and often i have to wait a long time before they take my order… i only go back to it as it’s the only bakery near me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got here to try their waffles first time, i was not attended to despite me calling for the auntie..there was noone but myself there..but after i finally got my order, the auntie was very nice about it n tried to heed my special requet forsofter waffles, loved that plastic bags arent mandatory n are given per asking so save the planet but i still asked fof one to store my groceries after...waffles smell amazingg though this maybe the few outlets i noticed a waffle station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience ever. took me a long time to come up with this review as i wasn’t sure if i should be tarnishing their reputation… their waffles are delicious and i always buy it for lunch and there’s this lady who’s always there she was tired of me and she said 你吃不怕胖啊 means u eat not scared fat??? ever since that day i had not purchased from that shop whenever the aunty is working there..
another thing is i’m not sure whether it’s true but today i had purchased waffles as well and it tasted bitter and i asked the auntie for a refund as the same thing had occured before and she gave me a refund. However today when i asked for a refund they told me that it wasn’t possible…. so is there a policy or something???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the Veggie Deluxe pizza from this place. If you are a vegetarian and craving for a nice tasty pizza, this is your place to go for. On ordering a full pizza (that costs $11.90), they bake one for you freshly within 10 minutes. This is the best veg pizza I've ever had in Singapore, definitely way better than that from big chains like Pizza Hut. The quantity is such that if you're moderately hungry, a single pizza should be good enough for two people. Nice packaging as well. The staff lady could not fully understand English, but she was polite to me about it. Highly recommended.
