β β β β β The worst business! Do not book with them!!!!!
They will leave you stranded. I just arrived to Singapore and had an advanced booking to be picked up from the airport. They lied and said the driver was there. They tried to tell me my flight was delayed, which was actually 30 min early. The man I spoke with on the phone was angry and rude, hung up on me several times. Gave me vague info on the pick up. Threatened to cancel my ride. The driver never arrived and after 45 min of dealing with them I had to get a taxi on my own. Which was actually cheaper than their advanced booking. Rip off! Do not ride with this unsafe and horrible company. They need to be fired.
