★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was under insurance coverage for this clinic. I went for a review after 6 months and the receptionists never mentioned a word about bringing a follow-up referral letter. In fact they made me sign the insurance form during my follow-up visit (which is the norm when you are under the insurance). When the doctor mentioned I was not covered the insurance, the receptionist assured that I was covered. However, after a chitchat with the doctor, the receptionist made me pay the entire amount. The doctor is also very rude in terms of interaction (never found such a rude doctor in SG... Most of them very kind and interact with compassion)...
