★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was the first to apply for Courage Fund today and another government relief funds I don't know which one I was referred to.
The lady who served me, (at 10am, 27/10/2021), she was rather rude. She thinks she's being stern but no.. No manners... Lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITY.
At one point she said loudly: U r so young and u don't use these apps ah? (Singpass app) I replied, I'm not young and its my choice whether to use the app or not.
Dear Public Service Center, is this how you treat us as if we r beggars? Just because we apply for help? Rude Lady
*She was wearing a netted top maybe going fishing later.

She did tell me that they do not handle such queries and most service desk personnel would stop there and direct us to contact the relevant parties directly. But she took an extra step to ask me for details and helped me look for answers. In the end she helped me fill up a query under the respective agency’s website. I forgot to ask for her name but I deeply appreciate her help and want to commend her on this. She just handled my case for after death matters under NEA (2 Jul 2022 at 5:20pm thereabout). Thank you. ?
