★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad shopping experience when my friend is browsing for his goods there this malay staff just shoo my friend off while I am trying on my shoe. And she is not even attending to us yet treated us this way because we are the other promoter customer totally will never return to this outlet to buy anything. What a traumatic experience. Even I stay nearby will just go to other outlet instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with JDsports.
Went down to the store to purchase a specific shoe model but was told that I can only purchase it online as they do not stock it in store. After trying the size and fit from other similar models, I went ahead to purchase the shoe online at the store in self.
The online express payment options were Apple Pay and PayPal, which I selected Apple Pay. The order went through and my card was charged.
After about a week, my order still didn’t arrived. So I drop them an email asking them to check my order status. Lo and behold, the response I got was that JDsports doesn’t accept Apple Pay?!
It’s ridiculous as Apple Pay was clearly one of the 2 options for express payment method and my card was even charged.
My suspicion is that an additional 12% discount was given on the day I placed my online order and they’re not honoring it.
Disgusting ethics from JDsports.

Instead of receiving BRAND NEW SHOES, I received DISPLAY SET SHOE INSTEAD. My right shoe is missing the Nike logo after the store sticker is peeled off.
And the right shoe has very dirty sole too. Worst purchase ever. Feels like I bought a second hand shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars for the staff who served me, very patient & approachable. But minus 2 stars, the cashiers there always bad attitude I don’t know why man. From what I observed from all outlets, all the JD staffs on shop floor are always friendlier than the staffs at cashier counter.
