If I can give zero star I would have done so. I had booked for a massage & foot reflexology at Pulse@313 branch on 4 March 2022. Imagine my horror when I was told that I could not utilize both services as the staff mentioned that I have a βcontagiousβ skin issue when both of them are not medically trained in any way! They simply have poor knowledge on eczema thatβs all I can say! I have eczema since I was a child and itβs definitely not contagious! There was no mention about Not entertaining any customers with skin problems on their website! I had wasted my time, energy & effort making a trip to this place! To make matter worse, the staff used insensitive remarks about my skin condition! Even though one of them apologized but the harm is done! They simply discriminate people with skin issues! Totally unacceptable behavior & not professional at all levels!! Please donβt waste your time visiting such a place that does not treat customers with respect!
