โ โ โ โ โ Avoid this place and go directly to the official Apple Stores for repairs. They wanted to charge $500 for a one to one replacement of Apple Watch 4 saying itโs not repairable. Went over to the official Apple Store and they repaired it for free within a week.

โ โ โ โ โ asked about buying a new charger for an iPad. was told I'd have to go the Apple store to purchase it. I asked where it was. they said they don't know. I pointed out this was an Apple Service Center. they looked blankly at me. I turned around and found 10 different chargers for sale on the wall. I totally and completely lost the will to live.

โ โ โ โ โ I went in to check if they are able to if they can get my Face ID working as it was not working and do note my front and back camera was working even took a picture before going there after running some test they tell me that my back camera is no longer working and I have to pay $130 plus to get it fixed donโt recommend at all seems that they do something when they take your phone for test to make you pay more

โ โ โ โ โ Brought out of warranty MacBook to QCD Orchard today and asked to help unscrew the stripped screws. Technician said they donโt do it and donโt have devices to do it. Went to another service center down just down the Orchard road โ it took 5 minutes to serviceman to unscrew all 5 stripped screws. For free. What kids of service center are you, QCD? Low hanging fruit catchers?!..

โ โ โ โ โ When they sell me the product, it takes a few seconds. The sales is nice. When I come back to return the product, it takes so Long. Iโve been waiting more than 15min, there is no queue number, no one is telling me how long more is the wait, they just ask me continue to wait. Can you get a queue number? So that we donโt just waste our precious time waiting without knowing when is the end.
