★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs were friendly and helpful even on days where its very crowded. Keep up the good service. Kudos to the staffs there. Product selection is better then other stores here. Always like the additional discount when u purchase 4 items. Please continue this more. As for the ambience, I can't blame the staffs for not having a neat environment as most of the consumers always misplaced products after trying. So please help to make it a better shopping experience for everyone by not anyhow throwing the product after trying. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop has lost its mojo. I used to buy atleast 1 shoe for myself and 1 for wife from this shop earlier. But Last 2 years, I have returned empty handed so far. Shop is full of boxes, but hardly any good models. It's running only because of clothes. Sucks in other items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there with my hubby yesterday. While I was trying to find my shoes size. 1 of the staff called Susie (based on the receipt) approached me and offer her help. Despite the store was pretty crowed at that time. She was attentive and helpful, furthermore she also juggling between serving and as a cashier. She also explained to us on the in store promotion like getting 10% off on 3pcs, 20% off on 5pcs on specific color price tag.
We ended up happily to get ourselves 3 tees, 1 jogging pants and a pair of shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have went there a few times in the last few weeks (looking for stability running shoes/daily trainers).
There are under staffed, shoes and apparels are not organized at all.
I could not find any shoe I wanna buy (as I have to go through all their stacks myself and find the right shoe!).
Quite amazed they didnt carry Puma's popular daily trainers.
Very limited apparel options - dont have any 5 inch runinng shorts!!
The billing counter has long queues on weekends.
Basically, you don't wanna spend a minute inside this shop!

I have purchased from here several times and love this brand. The prices are very reasonable. Many promotions also there. Don't forget to get the membership if you buy from this brand often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly i get the amazing service here at the outlet mall branch. The staff are so helpful. They would drop what they doing and approach when they saw you look lost looking at products. Because they are outlet mall and may not have the in season items, but the service and promotion have me coming back.
