β β β β β Best thing to happen to West Coast Plaza. Their range of products is quite current, right price point ($40 - $69) - especially the shoes. At around $59 i will choose Puma over Skechers anytim. Ladies range so so. Service is good. No wonder Nike gave up. New Balance should worry.
Update 8 March 2020: guy manning counter was cheerful and helpful with my queries about golf belt. Bought .
Update 29 July 2020: Place gone gloomy, merchandising sparce and uninspiring perhaps due to toll from Covid-19, and fishy smell from shop across stuck to clothes.

β β β β β The items were quite attractive so I went in looking for a jacket but when I ask the girl that works there for my size the reply I got from her was "don't have, no stock, other outlet also don't have, we are the last." She didn't even bother to check for me. Is her memory of the stock inventory that good? Even if it is I still find the way she reply me was very rude. When I decided what I wanted and went on to the counter for payment, I find myself being ignored by that same girl. She was busy on her phone texting so I told her put the phone down and process my payment. She replied "I messaging about work not messaging boyfriend or what". What happened to customer service? Is this the way PUMA trained their staff? So disappointed!

β β β β β Staff Chinese girl Very excellent customer service. I can see that she is very busy andΒ alone in the shop but she is quick and even I have ask to try on a few pairs of shoes. She didnβt show any frustration and still maintain positive attitude. Polite and helpful to me or other customer that needed her assistance.

β β β β β Easily access, left side of the mall when you walk in. Attentive and friendly services, though most items are while stock last deal too their popularity. Highly recommend and nothing to complain about.

-cheap discount good clothing
-easy access and various options
-friendly and attentive staffs
-there's member card program
