Decathlon - Holland Village (Click & Collect) - 249 Holland Ave

Convenient place to shop and have fun. I love the user experience whereby they allow you to touch see feel their products which is really important before we buy. Small compared to other outlets but it is just beside the MRT. Seen many customers outside trying to add on to their exercise gear. From young to old :) What are you waiting for ??? Come down already :) They also have an entire range of accessories that you will definitely need it. See you there :)

Amazing shop with terrible online customer service.. you cannot speak with a real person and if you have a specific question is impossible to get an answer. Plus you can buy a bicycle only via app or website but for some reason is impossible to do checkout, so I technically cannot buy it even tho is there in the shop waiting for me.

Dropped by to pick up a football pump today, it appeared to not have the needle so i asked the woman behind the counter (literally standing next to me and the pump) if this was a pump for footballs or something else. She didn't even look up from her phone, just said "ya it's a football pump". So I asked if it came with a needle cause i couldn't see one. She looked annoyed, put her phone down and, god forbid, did her job. She just rudely points at the back of the pump and says it's inside. Mind you, this is completely concealed and appeared to be missing so it was a fair question to ask. Actually, even if it were a dumb question, surely she's been trained to provide at least the bare minimum level of courtesy and helpfulness. Her colleague was extremely helpful, insightful and in the middle of helping another customer so graciously. It really drew the line between going above and beyond for your customer and this woman who barely seemed interested in being there. Genuinely curious if she'll face any repercussions cause her colleagues must surely hate that she tarnishes the company's image and undermines the good work the rest of them are doing.

Dropped by the store to try on the sizes and was attended to by Josh. Josh was pleasant, patient and an excellent employee. Will definitely be shopping at Decathlon again. Kudos!

Daris & Vic were so helpful when I was looking for items that were not at the store. They helped me patiently till I was able to order what I wanted. Excellent service

My go to click-and-collect outlet. Experience has been good, and latest Decathlon team members there have been very helpful and knowledgable on products. Vick in particular provided timely advice, and carried himself well with positivity and energy while tending to customers at self check out or when browsing/enquiring about items. Customer service is tough business, but my experience with the folks here has been that they are doing great work! Keep it up!

2 hour click/collect delivery is great! Very polite and helpful staff. I do wish clearance items can also be delivered to these click and collect stores. Delivery trucks from central collection point get sent to the various branches all the time. Just need to figure out, a cost effective way, how to send items back to central point and put it back into the standard delivery click/collect Q. Of course it can't be done within 2 or 15 hours but it's ok.

Convenient place to get affordable sports good. It is like a small neighbourhood shop. Self service and cashless payment. Remember to bring your own carrier.
