★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially first unit had issues, water wasn’t cold and leaking all over the kitchen floor. Took so long for them to get back to us.
2 stars because I was happy that they acceded to our request for a new set.
Bought 16/02/2020, now at 22/11/2021 machine malfunction. Water not cold and not able to reach the company. Same problem as last time, cannot contact them. (understandable last time as it was circuit breaker).
Update increased to 3 ⭐️ :
Disappointed machine cannot be fixed, claims spare parts not available. Asked to trade in for another one. Problem solved.
