Very friendly and helpful guy who goes an extra steps to find solution for you while installing. Give very good advise to me too. His workmanship is good to when installing. 3 big cheers for Benny !

Initially reached out and Jocelyn was more than pleasant with the information (and so friendly!) and we went down for a roadshow and tried the water! Great pure taste!
The entire process was fuss free and seamless from beginning to end! Installation of The One was less than an hour and all good to go!
The sleek look and great functionality in terms of temperature choices is really amazing.
Kudos to the team at Wells! Great product, great staff! ???

Just did the filter change maintenance yesterday. Contacted Wells and within a couple hours, the technician has arrived to change the filter. During the test, found out that the water dispensing speed is slower than it is supposed to be(we didn't know and thought it is normal all along), and the technician immediately worked on fixing it. Now we're even more happy with it. A very satisfactory service.

She was not pushy with sales and made sure to understand our lifestyle needs to ensure that she could provide the right recommendation to us. KS the installer did a great job. Our water dispenser was installed perfectly. He was very polite and clear with his instructions when showing us how the dispenser works. Even cleaned up nicely for us so we didn’t had to. Great job Wells!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using True Tankless UV+ water purifier for 2 weeks and I really love it! No more weird water taste and most importantly, I can have cold water on hot day, and hot water to make beverage early in the morning like instantly, no need to wait for water to boil.
The sleek design also help to save tabletop space, no more electric kettle to boil water, jugs to keep room temperature water n bottles in fridge for cold water.

Highly recommended the sales person, Jocelyn. She's friendly, know her products well and not pushy at all, really loves her service!
The installation is nicely done also. My water point is at the opposite site from tabletop. The technician did the piping so well till can't really noticed there is piping crossing it!
Conclusion - look for Wells and Jocelyn if you looking for water purifier!
