★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their famous Putu Piringi and I'd say it's worth a shot. The Dish is prepared with roasted rice flour stuffed with Gulam malak hot paste . Whole stuffing goes for steaming about a minute and topped with coconut spreading. They give about 5 no.s in quantity and charging $ 2.50. One must try this desert. Brown Sugar is so called/pronounced as Gulam Malak. Obviously it's going to be a healthy dish. Overall this dish is served hot.
