The male staff is quite rude to customers and don't even bother lighting up the stove for you, I have to ask him personally to do so. I am ok since there is no customer service involved. What appalled me was the fact that the meat is just few measly pieces and it is $14. Too overpriced for hawker food and the meat is not even of good quality.

The concept of the neighbourhood foodcourt izakaya BBQ seems to be a successful model popping up in a few places. The appeal is obvious, a relaxed outdoor environment for the grilled meat to sizzle away in and hopefully good quality food at affordable prices. Izakaya warrior meets most of these requirements, it’s priced pretty fairly, but the meat was a slightly mixed bag. I found the beef steak good quality, and the pork slices in teriyaki sauce ok, but the chicken cubes in their marinade not as exciting as I hoped. The veg also felt a little sad with quite a small portion, but I guess you could get more as it was affordable. The egg dip was good, but it felt it lacked a little chilli or garlic to give it some added flavour. This might just be my personal taste but I felt the lack of chilli sauces and dips was a shame as although the meal was nice, it wasn’t something that left my mouth watering and wanting me to hurry back for more. Overall it was a solid, nice meal, but with a few tweaks it could be a lot more exciting.

Had dinner here this evening and it was a good experience. It is a casual setting, and that adds to the charm. We had the wagyu steak set, the warrior set, and extra portions of chicken and pork belly. The portions are quite generous, and though the meats are not the best cuts, they are well marinated and tasty. Prices are reasonable as well. We enjoyed the beef tongue, pork belly and beef slices. The chicken was nice, but because they were cut rather chunky, they needed some time to cook through. They have two sauces, garlic and yuzu, as well. Personally, I liked the yuzu. The garlic was nice, but was a little ‘raw’ and strong in taste for me, though the missus preferred it.

Only the galbi is worth it to me, the rest of the meat are noticeably lower quality than yakiniku go or kbbq. Its quite a messy experience so I'd rather pay a higher price elsewhere for better quality meats. The Wagyu is not worth it - very low marbling and tastes weird.

A no frills, cash carry and go type of a yakiniku place. Decent cuts of meat at pocket friendly prices. Generally in 100g size portions. Do suggest to skip the $14 per 100g wagyu steaks. Pricey, zero marbling and no flavour. 100% disposable dining ware and cutleries. Coffeeshop is bright, clean and breezy.

The quality of beef you can get with this price is definitely a go to place for me when I am are craving for good quality beef but doesn’t plan to spend a lot. They have very friendly staff too. Edit : Just recently I came back again and ordered to go fresh beef slice for my outdoor BBQ date. Purchased my own one time use disposable charcoal BBQ grill that I saw on TikTok. It work amazingly! Heard from owner that you can actually purchase the disposable grill from them. I ordered all the meats online from them and everything was packed nicely. Thanks for making my date successful!
