He was patient and care to explain detail of what were my few teeth problem and alternative solutions to my problems. After the treatment , he further explain the result of treatment with visuals for my deeper understanding. Very glad to have Dr Tony and his team treating me. Thank you.

β β β β β I had a pleasant experience at Q & M. The dentist Dr Calista Ho was very friendly and professional. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly and efficiently. She put me at ease and took the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The staff were also friendly and warm. Office is very new and modern. The price was also very reasonable. Thank you!

β β β β β Dr. Joey and his team has helped me gotten over my fear of going to the dentist. He discovered a cavity on my wisdom tooth and did not pressure me to take it out whatsoever but explained to me why I had to and after 10 months I took the courage to have my wisdom tooth extracted.
During the whole procedure I felt safe as Dr. Joey and his team took every 10 seconds to ask if I was okay and if I needed a break, told me every step that he was going through to give me comfort cause my eyes were shut. Whole experience was actually good and I felt great at the end. The only slight sting I felt was during the injection of the anaesthetic which I am afraid of needles as well but it only lasted 0.5 seconds pain level was 2/10 which he did caution me to get ready for it which actually helped a lot. Overall the procedure was painless and I am really thankful for Dr.Joey and his team for this experience.
Procedure: Pulling out the top tooth and surgery on the bottom wisdom tooth.

β β β β β Went in this morning to have a consultant due to bad toothache that resulting unable to rest properly. Went over this morning the staff were okay, friendly and i met Dr Joey. He was super relax at first glance.. After the xray done, he called me in and explained the situation im having and recommended me to remove my wisdom tooth and the one beside it. Without much consideration, I immediately agreed. The procedure is fast for both and Dr Joey keep assuring me everything would be fine.. The whole procedure was done smoothly and painless...
He made me overcame the fear of visiting the dentist and would definitely come back for other services. Thank you once again.

β β β β β Dr is gentle and make sure im ok when he sense I'm tensed?? He wil tell me wat he gonna do next to prep me.. Staffs are polite and clinic very clean also. And thanks for waiting for me as im late for my appt

β β β β β Just had my wisdom tooth surgery performed by Dr. Joey Chen. Amazingly quick and efficient job done, willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and reassured. Pain free too yes.

β β β β β I came here for tooth cleaning. I donβt recommend this clinic. I made appointment but had to wait 30 min and total treatment time is only 15 min, polishing is even worse less than 10 sec only!!! Iβm very disappointed ? The dentist was watching youtube on PC during treatmentβ¦ no professional at all. He used a drill instead of a scaler to remove staining from the front teeth. Is this a standard cleaning method at your clinic? I didn't expect the dentist to damage the teeth. At other clinics, they use a hand scaler to carefully treat the teeth. When I was leaving treatment room I said βthank youβ to dentist but no greeting from him just ignore me. I paid $115 for this,wasted my money and time.I really can not take his performance and manners. I regret visiting this clinic.
