Had teeth whitening session with Dr. Jeffrey. He was very friendly and made you feel calm throughout the entire process. He gave a clear and understandable explanation of what he was going to do and what the procedure entailed. He also seems to focus on quality of his service. Very happy with the procedure and will be back!

Depending on your dentist, I had a great scaling and polishing experience. Thanks to Dr Jeffrey Ng for the excellent service as he provided tips for maintaining good oral hygiene. 5 star to this great service.

Summary: Teeth broke after one year after doing filling. Need root canal. Reviewing on behalf of my relative. She was attended by Dr Phuah Disen in March 2021 to do filling on upper and lower tooth (14 and 44). During the drilling she voiced out that it was painful but Disen said it was normal. It was observed that he wasn't in the best mood due to an altercation with a previous customer, and was rough during the drilling. Her gums swelled after the treatment and she went back for follow up, but could not reach the dentist. The counter staff did not recommend a follow up. In march 2022, a huge chunk of her teeth broke off and she went to see a different dentist. This dentist told her that her nerves were damaged and she needs to do a root canal or lose her tooth. The reason for damage may have been trauma in the area, leading to an infection that wasn't managed. A few days back, she found another tooth chipped while she was flossing. The tooth that chipped was the one that had the filling done to it. The other tooth that broke off was the tooth next to the other filling-tooth. This could all be a coincidence, but consultation with a different dentist suggests that this filling incident could be the main cause. Do be aware of this dentist. I feel very bad for my relative as this is a horror no one should go through.

I recently had a dental scaling and polishing done by Dr Felicia Lee. Her professionalism made me feel at ease and I like her recommendation of having a x-ray to determine the severity of my wisdom teeth. She was gentle and made sure I understand the process. Definitely coming back again and I would recommend Dr Felicia Lee ?

Convenient location, friendly staff. Came in as a new patient and removed all 4 wisdom teeth. Very impressed by the dentist's skills as the surgery was very fast and painless. Only after the surgery did I realise that Dr Thomas is a specialist. Glad to pay for specialist service at GP rate.
