โ โ โ โ โ Explained to the doctor about itchy rashes that came on at night and faded away in the morning. These rashes appeared for about 2 weeks. Doctor could not diagnose and wrote a note to ask me to see skin specialist. Charges expensive consultation fee.

Question wasn't answered properly and had to be clarify again. Which is perfectly normal.
However, the main reason why it was given its rating was due to the impolite customer service even though apologizing & thanking them for their help.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Ivan Choo is an immensely patient and caring doctor who really takes his time to talk to and explain to his patients. In fact, I think the consultation could be shorter. That translates to a longer waiting time but it's well worth the wait to see him. When I was there and reached there 20minutes before the opening time, there were already a few patients waiting.

โ โ โ โ โ The best GP I have met. Most patient, passionate, detailed and sincere. Never did he rush in his consultation which also translates to long waiting time. Nonetheless, clinic has queue system. An SMS notification will be sent when queue number is near. Expect to wait for 2 hours. However this is not an issue at all as I stay nearby the clinic
