Thank you, Dr Richard for fixing my cracked molar. Although I didn't opt for the preferred treatment (crown), Dr Richard did a great job replacing my old filling. I was told that I might expect some sensitivity afterwards, but it has been almost 10 days and I feel fine even with quite a big filling.

I got tooth decay inbetween 2 teeth and need fillings at Q&M Bukit Panjang. The dentist is so professional in reshaping and filling. She will ask me if I am feeling well. It took 30 min to drill, fill and reshape my teeth. I did the previous filling at another dental clinic but Q&M is very much better.The phone receptionist is very nice to offer me the appointment within the same day. Thanks you all.

As mentioned by other reviewers, the people here are very nice and friendly especially the receptionist lady and Dr. Raymond who helped me with my teeth filling. One tooth filling costs $75. Dr. Raymond was very gentle and the whole process was smooth and not much discomfort. Dr. was also generous with his time when answering my queries.

A year ago, i had a sheer fortune of having Dr Amy Chang as my attending dentist for polishing and scaling treatment. She was thorough in her cleaning approach -which is commendable. This time with the nagging discomfort around the wisdom tooth. There is no question about returning to Dr Amy. She was succinct in her rundown on the op procedures which had enabled me to place my trust in her. Her quick and steady hands made the whole process bearable. Not forgetting the friendly dental assistant who’d assisted along the way. Dr Amy’s personable demeanour reverses the narrative of a nerve wrecking extraction experience. Highly recommend her as your dental doc! ?

Absolutely outstanding! Thank you for the pleasant experience at the clinic. All staffs (nurses & receptionist) were extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Richard was very gentle and professional. Previously, my husband went here to get his wisdom teeth removed. He had a great experience here and told me that it was painless. ?? He told me he will not mind going to the dentist again (and this is coming from someone who doesn’t like going to one before ?). Having seen it first hand, I decided to go here too when I needed to get mine removed and so I went here today (with an appointment done a day before). I asked for the same dentist as the one who treated my husband, Dr Richard. Yes, it was indeed painless and a pleasant experience for me. He’s such a caring guy! ? Therefore, my husband and I have decided that from now on, we will go here and ask for Dr Richard for any of our dental needs. ?

I had a very pleasant experience here and would highly recommend Dr Richard. His light humour helps lift the stress of my 2 wisdom teeth surgery and he does check from time to time if I am feeling okay. He asked me to signal if there's any pain during the surgery. He also thoroughly explained to me my options regarding whether I should remove 2 or all my wisdom teeth, and whether I should remove them all at once or in multiple sessions, which helped me to make a wiser decision. One of my wisdom teeth just happened to be more complicated, but my partner (who accompanied me in the room) can tell Dr Richard was very professional and more caring than during his own dental surgery in the past in another clinic and different dentist. Very friendly staff as well! I was also assured that I can call the clinic if there are any problems. The recovery phase so far had minimal discomfort Wisdom teeth surgery is naturally scary and worrying for sure but I believe I had a very pleasant experience here nonetheless. During my 2nd round of surgery 2 weeks later, I was nowhere as anxious as I was previously because I trusted the skill and care of the dentist from my first experience. Thanks again! It would help to have a simple paper sheet listing all the do's and don'ts after the surgery by default

Made an urgent appointment for X-ray of teeth as my 3 remaining wisdom teeth had erupted and 2 on 1 side were partially biting on my cheek. The receptionist mentioned they were fully booked but was kind enough to ask if it was urgent. She proceeded to slot me in for a simple X-ray on the same day. During the appointment, they were very professional and Dr Richard offered to take a look. After a quick check, he offered to help me extract the tooth immediately as it was causing pain when biting down. Even though it was past their closing time and I was very hesitant to do the procedure as I didn't want to take up anymore of their time, they were very kind and encouraged me to have it removed in spite of it being past their hours. Dr Richard did the extraction very smoothly without incident. The admirable part about this was that it was all covered under the Insurance dental plan and the cost they could bill was only a fraction of what a non-insured person would have paid. So, unlike some dental clinics that care more about $$$, clearly their primary concern was patient care first, before $. I will definitely be going back to Dr Richard in future for his skill and "bedside manner", and the nursing team that are so patient and kind.
