โ โ โ โ โ Great service, the Barber is very friendly and cuts well. Itโs worth the price of $15. Highly recommended. They gave you the comb for free for hygiene reasons. Meaning no reuse of the combs. Very cool

โ โ โ โ โ I have been going to QB House premium for a couple of months to have my haircut and have always been very happy with their service. On this occasion unfortunately I was left dumbfounded when I waited for over 20mins only for the hair stylist tell me that I have to wait another 40mins as they were going for their meal breaks. I am totally supportive of going for meal breaks but at least have the decency to let me know before i started queuing and waiting. So disappointed.

You may like to review your operating model and communication strategy. Setting a right expectation up front to reduce disappointment. For example setting an expectation โpls expect longer waiting from 4pm to 5pm for 1 stylist on dutyโ.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst qb house ever. Poor queue management. They allow those who missed their queue to go first even when they werenโt there. If you missed your queue you should rejoin the queue out of respect for those who were there waiting their turn. Qb house should take a look into your queue system especially at plq. Very disappointed with the way it was handled.

โ โ โ โ โ the 2 guys that has been so good : Aloysious is the name of one of them, i think, have not been around when i went on 10 June and last week. Replacements are not as good as them: dont feel am getting a premium qb service.
Anybody knows where they have gone to or if they will be back at plq? If they are not back, i will go to orchard.
Last week i went to Clippers at plq since the 2 were not around: terrible experience. So difficult to find a good barber.
5 stars for qb premium only the service is better than normal qb. Plq dropped standards.

โ โ โ โ โ Additional $3 from the normal QB house but need not stand in queue as queue system is writing name in a sheet. Added styling options like hair spray after the cut so will be good to cut them go out.

Suitable for u to go for a haircut during lunch time and get back to work after.
