★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my hair cut by a lady with a ponytail and glasses. Very professional and careful. My haircut ended up look exactly like the picture I showed her. I'm very happy with it and will definitely go back again.

Delivered what I communicated to her and met my expectations.
Also, clear advisories to the customers on cash payment only and simple cut and blow dry (no hair wash).
Definitely a $15 well spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If good and decent haircut with a service in 5 to 10 mins is all you can spare, QB House Premium it is! No questions ask, just give them your specifications and its done! At least for me, totally over the moon.

The hair stylist (long hair, quite plump) comb my hair so hard until my scalp feels pain, my hair were tangled but she didnt bother, comb as hard/rough as she can until my hair fall worsen. She didnt bother listening to my request too. Worse experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a normal haircut. The service was horrible. The hairstylist just cut a mushroom head for me, and when I asked her to help dont make it like a mushroom head, she just simply cut shorter. Please avoid this brunch and since they are going to increase the price from 15 to 18, seriously even if you use the other salon and pay just a few bucks more its really worth it. And she is definitely in a hurry cause next customer was waiting and i think the cut lasted 3minutes. (I have not cut my hair for a month) Omg.
I look horrible now. ? i think i will need to visit another stylist to just cut even shorter. One of those wth moments, never going to come back again.
I forgot my queue number but this was friday 15th july 1240 in case the business wants to take note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service by Jasline. I love how precise and detail oriented she can be, especially when I showed her the picture of my preference. She understood my demand and executed well. She is also very gentle when cutting my hair, neat & tidy. Cleanliness is well taken care of too. All in all, I felt comfortable in the end. With the price of $15, service was worth it. Will definitely come again here for my next hair cut appointment & highly recommend this place too.
