★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, but disappointing service. Both my husband and I got bad sloppy haircuts. I do understand that we paid 12 sgd per person and our expectations cannot be high, but somehow Indian guys do the same better for 6 sgd only. Feels like hairdressers are in rush and don't mind do their job properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Japanese QB House offers no-fuss, quick haircut, provided the queue is short. What I like about this outlet is the hairdressers are genuinely polite. A pity they specifically don't allow partners of customers to stay in the shop to wait though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best haircut you gonna get. But you get what you paid for i suppose. Overall the hairdressers are professional and the whole process was in an orderly manner. Just make sure you bring the exact amount of cash(12dollars) as ez-link payment is unavailable when I went down. And be prepare to queue as only one person is allowed to be sitting inside while waiting for his turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a haircut with this short hair (guy haircut) woman, i insisted to have an undercut. After he cut my hair, i told her that I just want to adjust a bit, but then her eyes suddenly got big like she dont want to, then i just brush it off just say nevermind, in the end, i never get the haircut that i wanted. I will not go to this branch again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ QB House - haircut was okay. If you are looking for a quick and cheap place, here it is. If you have a complex hairstyle I recommend going here. $12.00 haircut
Tip: Only the person paying for the haircut can be inside. The place is small so if you are with someone they won’t be able to wait with you inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Had my husband’s haircut in here and was surprised that hair bits were all over his face. Luckily he had worn a mask. The haircut was also not at all neat. The edges were not straight or clean. Never recommend this place
