★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The signboard outside the shop stating promotional free hair cut with hair color but when I went there last week, the male hair stylist yelling and insist no such thing as free hair cut when I told him I wanted to have a hair color done and the free hair cut. His attitude was rude and impatient. I just walked out straight away and will not go back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't come here, my brother does. They're probably responsible for 75% of his haircuts. QQ seems cheaper than most and quicker than most but he doesn't come out looking better than most, just average. Think it's a great place for someone who isn't too concerned with appearances and just looking for a quick trim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad experience. i paid the money, sat in the chair and was prepped by the lady (putting on of the cape) to be the next customer. however, a caucasian man walked in and the staff proceeded to tell me to get out of the chair and let the man go first, because apparently he was at the shop before me but left to do something before returning back. at this point, i had already been prepped for me to be the next customer, thus i found this to be very rude??? everyone was waiting patiently in the queue and i don't think it's reasonable to cut queue like that. furthermore, as the employees, you should be professional in these situations! i felt they should have carried on to cut my hair next (as i was already prepped with the cape and everything!), then telling the man that he could go after me. never going back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hairstylist Ivy Lok has an extremely bad attitude. First time writing a review because of how angry I am after finishing the haircut.
Firstly, upon sitting down she asks me what kind of haircut I want and I tell her I don’t want an undercut and for the sides and back to 0.5 then she raises her voice at me and asks me if I even know what an undercut is, and I tell her I do and I don’t want it.
Next, she says in chinese that my hair is messy and asks me how ”我出门时候怎么打理” and not knowing what 打理 is, I ask her what the meaning is and she scoffs at me and makes the “pui” sound without explaining anything.
Throughout the entire haircut, I could feel that she was just showing me so much attitude and it’s now as if I did anything wrong, she was just being such an unfriendly and rude hairstylist. I’ll not be going there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there thrice. The first 2 times was Spot On! But the 3rd time was disappointing. The 3rd time the auntie cut like any how. If you do go there, it is a great place but you should know that sometimes the hairdresser is good and sometimes not, The people there are friendly! If you go there follow these 3 steps
1) Show them a picture of your self with a great haircut or a picture of the style you want
2) Supervise them and make sure they cut well
3) Relax and enjoy your $10 to 15 cut!
This is a great hair salon! I recommend it to people who want a cheap and convenient haircut! But do remember the 3 steps! Happy Haircut!
