Quincy Hotel Singapore - 22 Mount Elizabeth

Appreciate the excellent services provided by Quincy hotel, especially Olivia, Bhavani. They are very attentive to me and my girl friend and remember the guest's preferred. It's a pleasant stay because of great service. They're GEMS! Thank you :)

Staff are friendly and attentive. Their attention to remember each guest name was very appreciated and showed their professionalism. Stayed here for about 2 weeks. This hotel is in an absolutely fantastic location, adjacent to many shopping centers, close to Orchard MRT. Room was clean and cozy with a nice view. Had nice time in the bathtub. Olivia and Hennessey were very professional and welcoming.

The room was clean but the furnishing could be better to make it a cosy environment. The TV's image was grainy and channels were not set up properly, so there were many empty channels. The service was good! Everyone from the front desk to the cafe were friendly and paid attention to details. The breakfast was nice!

The service is mostly good, but it’s not a kid friendly hotel and there are some lapses in hygiene. The TV resolution is poor and there are no cartoons for kids in English. Strange that the cartoon was in Japanese but not English when we first checked in and turned on the TV. If you’re lucky, channel 5 will show cartoons in English. The lounge (which just looks like a small cafe at the lobby) is not open to kids during the evening cocktail hour, so the food got sent to our room, which made me feel a bit like I was quarantining in a hotel. Room is clean but design nothing to shout about. The floor gets slippery when wet, such that my child slipped and fell. Service is prompt and helpful. Only a few staff on duty but they’re very friendly which is a plus. Snacks given are nice too. Location is quite good with orchard road within walking distance. Found a strand of hair in the baby cot when we first entered the room. The worst experience for the stay was that I was given a cup with someone else’s lipstick stain during breakfast, which was really disgusting. During this Covid season, the thought of having a stranger’s saliva still on the cup which I drank from is concerning. Definitely not worth the price for this hotel.

Loved our 4N stay at this boutique hotel near Orchard Rd. Breakfast served from 7 am to 3 pm, and canapés with 2 rounds of drinks from 6 to 8 pm gave a lot of flexibility in planning our itinerary. Too bad we had to miss some of them! Room was cleaned regularly. Fitness Center and swimming pool were well maintained.

Booked the deluxe room and it ???— amazing view, comfortable bed and it is very clean. We had problems with the AC but the staffs were v efficient and quickly got us a replacement room. They were very friendly as well:) Breakfast was included in our stay and the mains were really delicious~ Me & my partner are very satisfied with our overall experience ?

Quincy Hotel is a spotlessly clean, exceedingly friendly, affordable hotel in the centre of Singapore. It's got comfortable beds. It's quiet. The breakfasts are large, Western and Asian. All are good. It's in a great location - close to Mount Elizabeth Hospital and 5-10 minutes from Orchard Road with its glitzy shopping malls and numerous restaurants. There's a lovely pool and gym on the 12 floor with panoramic views. There's a sauna. I loved was the free wine and beer and canapes and cheeses served every evening from 6pm - 8 pm. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. I highly recommend Quincy and am looking forward to staying again.
