★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The thing that I liked most are their friendly staffs that always serve with a warm smile. We really felt like at home thanks to the all lovely staff. Need a little up dating in the showers but plenty of room for the kids. I would totally recommend staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. everything is great from the check-in to room service and the facilities. Definitely will advice anyone to stay here when visiting Singapore. The pool is amazing. There is a very nice gym. And the staff is very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very good place, they have spacious living rooms and kitchens and the building connects straight to the Far East Plaza. Only down points were that the jacuzzi did not work properly and the bathrooms were a little small. Otherwise a wonderful place to visit and stay for long trips

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment itself is a bit tired looking with refurbed bathroom (shower only), but has sufficient amenities if travelling with a family (washer/dryer, full size fridge/freezer & gas cooktop) and is clean & tidy, air conditioned and large bedrooms. Has its own pool and in great central location to Orchard Road and surprisingly not noisy. Beds are very firm but pillows are super comfy & clean towels & linen. Functional, clean & convenient and late checkout to 4pm subject to availability

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great apartment hotel, I'm here with my family with a daughter of 2 years. Pool is Very family friendly, nice service and very clean and other kids to play with. We have a great view, calm nights and a soft breeze on the balcony. It's not the newest or most fashionable, but it got what we need, a home for a month. Location is stunning, just steps from mega malls like ION and tons of restaurants pricing from S$5 to S$500. Ps. Every room has dedicated fiber internet with private wifi. It's a blast ⚡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room photos appear to be misleading compared to the actual rooms. Our showers appear to have mould, toilets did not flush well and the smell of the bathroom was very unpleasant. We ended up buying bathroom diffusers to manage the bad smell. A bit disappointing given the place is in a decent location within walking distance of food court and Newton centre food court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is oldish and so is the facilities (gym, billiard room, sauna). The pool was good though, mostly only few people using it. We booked 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment itself was not bad, but one of the room has no window. Overall it's clean and not cramped. Washing machine, laundry rack, and ironing board are supplied.
Considering the price we pay, it would be bettet if the toiletries and tea/coffee get stocked up when they do the clean every 2 days.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
There is a shortcut to Far East plaza mall from the apartment. Ask the security person if you cant find it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at Far East Plaza Residences for 2 months and really enjoyed my stay. The location is very convenient, the apartment very nice and office / security staff very friendly. This apartment has an outstanding housekeeping service. The staffs also are very kind and very welcoming.
