★ ★ ★ ★ ★ R&b tea员工服务的态度完成不能接受。她很没有礼貌，我不明白为什么她好像对grabfood walker有偏见吗？我在做好我的工作，只是礼貌上问她等待的时间要多久，她就好像不耐烦。她的无礼让我无言了。我虽然不是顾客，但是不能得到最基本礼貌吗？
 The attitude of the R&b tea staff to complete the service is unacceptable. She is very rude, I don't understand why she seems to be biased against grabfood walker? I was doing my job well, but politely asked her how long to wait, she seemed impatient. Her rudeness left me speechless. Although I am not a customer, can't I get the most basic courtesy?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience at R&B Eastpoint yesterday. The girl manning the location rendered excellent service. After purchasing the bubble tea, my daughter tripped over and fell, and the girl assisted in throwing away the spilled drink as well as giving my daughter a free replacement. Warms the cockles of my heart to see such good service and human kindness. Well done!
Their brown sugar milk series of offerings are also my family's favourite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Under-appreciated bubble tea stall. At least for my liking, their brown sugar series is one of the most deliciously balanced in Singapore.
But to be honest, I cannot enjoy their fruit series.
For cheaper prices, find their e-vouchers in the E-Commerce market places.
