Noodles - Springy and QQQ
Wanton - Crunchy and yummy (skin could be thinner)
Char Siew - Thinly sliced lean meat, would be better with some fatty meat but its still delicious
Soup - Very flavourful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The R&D wanton noodles is the best wanton Mee in the bukit merah view hawker centre. The noodles comes with generous portions of sweet char siew and wantons in the favourful soup. Noodles are springy and dish is prepared with good balance and definitely worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Wonton mee from this stall. The noodles tasted fantastic, so are the Char siews and Wonton. Their soup is very tasty too.

The noodle was well-executed and seasoned.
The char siew was average, barely any hint of caramelization.
