B	Bharath Bharath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Dr.Charmain, she didn't even check the kids temperature,asked us how she's doing and that's it. ENT doc and I had to ask her to check kids throat.!!! Then she removed her right ear wax, but didn't for left, when asked she said there's no wax to remove. Total time was just 3 mins. Absolutely no consultation, wax removal time was less than 30 secs. $350 total . 30 secs wax removal was $150 !!!!Would say avoid and go to better doc. I don't write reviews generally, but had to warn others.

Together with a friendly and competent nursing team, especially Nurse Erica, it always a pleasant experience in the clinic. Dr Charmaine and Dr Chan are adept and competent in the field. Their advice, treatment and solution have always been accurate and patient-focused. Each visit is never rushed, and they are willing to listen to our concerns and inputs. I highly recommend for their professionalism and attitude.

The doctor, Dr Stephen, had a terrible bedside manner, didn’t inform me that the scope he did without my consent was going to be an additional fee and didn’t solve my problem in the end but asked for further tests while saying “it’s probably nothing”. This Center needs to be examined for unethical practices.
R	RoseAnne R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just paid 408 dollars in this clinic for nothing. Dr Chan was very dismissive of my concerns and wouldn’t even let me finish what I’m saying. I’ve done the nose endoscopy in another clinic and came with a video of it, but he wouldn’t even look at it and insisted of doing his own (that costs another 200 dollars). Maybe he has his own reasons for doing that and that could have been acceptable if he knows how to LISTEN to his patient’s concerns. He has zero desire to listen to my history and my concerns. He is the first doctor that I’ve encountered like this. I should have just left the clinic. It’s exasperating to talk to him and a complete waste of time and money. I left without any answers to my concerns and had to pay 400 for it. I have swollen nasal turbinates and accdg to him, it’s normal. If you’re looking for an ENT clinic, please look elsewhere. I wish I have read the reviews before visiting this clinic.

S	Shi Xiang Lim (Frank) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always enjoyed the doctors, the quality of service that they provided. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr Charmain left a bad impression on me. Before my biopsy, I tried to ask for more information about the procedure, I like to know what's going to happen so that I can anticipate and mentally prepare myself. Dr Charmain was reluctant to share the information and explained the procedure rather vaguely. Not only was I but mentally prepared during the biopsy, Dr Charmain failed to check if the local anastasia worked. I had to sit through 4 sample extractions while feeling everything that's happening. Uncomfortable would be an understatement. I struggled a lot, but tried to keep in position, instead of asking if I'm alright, I got nagged for getting in the ways of her work. I was in so much pain that I teared up like the turtle with the straw stucked in its nose. I hope that Dr Charmain would practice a little more patience and empathy with her patients, as these can be rather scary for new comers. Either way, I would still continue seeking medical assistance from Raffles, just not Dr Charmain. What a shame to have a soul apple in such an establishment.
