โ โ โ โ โ Similar to many-many people who experienced it, I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this clinic if you are tested positive for COVID-19 by self-test and want to do the "official" administered one. The result should (if not must) be out in 48 hours to further clear the MOH administration process of self-quarantine, but it's been 4 days yet I still don't get any. It's also really-really troublesome that they never pick up the call. You do need to contact the general line (the one that ends with 1111) but don't expect much because their job is only forwarding our enquiries.

โ โ โ โ โ not sure why there are so many negative reviews, i went in to take a PCR and it took 20 minutes total. everyone was extremely helpful. the doctor could tell i was nervous so he chatted with me. the swabbing took less than a minute and didnโt hurt at all

โ โ โ โ โ The worse experience ever. A sick person reached the clinic at 5:15pm and were asked to wait until 6:30pm when the next schedules opens. Despite the mentioned afternoon session is until 5:30pm. All the reviews here were DAMN true, the phone number under this Raffles Medical Holland V will not work AT ALL. Pls do not waste your time calling and once you arrived here they will either PUSH you to the next session opening which is more than 1hours of waiting or maybe theyโre closed โฆโฆ. Itโs all by LUCK!

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor service as per other reviews here. Came to validate self test Covid positive result as was instructed by clinic to do so, was asked to wait to register, register, see doctor, do swab. Is it safe to ask delay a Covid positive patient around in the waiting area? Did swab on 2 days both times was told will get results within 1 hour, both times delayed and was lied to.
There is lack of ownership and concern by staff

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Benjamin Tan spent 30 minutes to attend to a Caucasian couple before us. We entered his consultation room and within 3 minutes he dismissed us by telling us โI cannot talk to you guys, I am rushingโ. He did not give us an opportunity to ask him more about his diagnosis. Do not recommend this doctor.

โ โ โ โ โ Came here for supervised swab test after home ART positive, as required by my workplace. Bad decision.
1. Person doing swab barely touched the inside of my nostril when performing the procedure. Chance of false negative is going to be high.
2. Supposed to send SMS after half an hour to update result. Already 3 hours and no update. Called their phone multiple times and no one picks up
3. Was charged $100 for a 2 min consult, some simple medications and ART.

โ โ โ โ โ Took a test almost a week ago and was advised that it would take one working day for results to be received. Still no results 6 days later and no one picks up the phone after days of trying. Additionally, the doctor's bedside manners has much room for improvement and have found that in general, customer service is almost non-existent.

โ โ โ โ โ I was about to cancel my Pre-Departure swab test, after reading all the negative reviews. But they must have definitely read it too. Cause my experience was very pleasant. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, the doctor who did my ART also patient and kind. Everything went smooth and pain free. ??
