Ramada by Wyndham Singapore at Zhongshan Park - 16 Ah Hood Rd

Stayed here for 3 days when visiting Singapore last February. The room was clean and nice. The staffs were so helpful and kind. Shout out to Izhar who always greet guests with his big smile and very helpful when we have to extend our booking and change reservation. Thank you so much!

Attended a wedding banquet at Ramada on 12 May 2022, the banquet crew and manager, Nicholas were all very attentive to our needs and service was fantastic. Ambience of the ballroom was good, food was great and it was en enjoyable evening. Definitely will recommend anyone who has plans to have an oriental style wedding theme to check out here!

The receptionist, Mr Yoga is really patient and willing to assist on guest's issue. When the restaurant took wrong order and wrong bill, he is willing to take his time to assist and investigate without any bad attitude. End up we got the amended correct bills. Like his service! Hotel location is great and overall good living experience.

Attended a wedding dinner here. The waiters and waitress were attentive and responsive in attending to our table needs. The food serve is great, honestly even better than some of the "branded" hotels. Among the dishes, I guess the 鱼飘羹 and fried garlic chicken was the best!

Good, clean room. Nice table to work when you are on a business trip. Complimentary breakfast appears more of Indonesian/Chinese. Utility/vanity kit, instant tea/coffee kit & kettle in room is good. There is a small divan/seat sort for you to sit watch outside through the glass window. Hotel staff are friendly and polite.

An absolutely incredible and relaxing stay we had at this beautifully located hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful and made sure we were well aquatinted to find our way around the city. The mall is the hotel along with the 24 hour store under was super convenient and helpful. We have not a single complaint and only good things to say about our stay and experience. Keep up the great job guys.

Room was nice and clean. They provided us room on the top floor as per our request also they arranged a cake for my wife’s birthday as I asked them to do so. Also the connectivity of hotel is good as it near to mall where vegetarian people can get good options for food as well. It was nice and pleasant stay.

Had my wedding lunch banquet hold at Ramada. Service was excellent. Hotel coordinator Owen and team provide really good service, our wedding lunch run really smoothly they also give v accurate cue and information to us. Very much appreciated! The whole process was simple and easy for us. When we have doubt, Owen is super prompt in his replies and advises us v well! Very professional. On actual day One of the staff was super honest he found my uncle’s ring on the floor and went to let us know to find back the Owner of the ring. Full of integrity!! Applause to Nicholas! I will definitely recommend Ramada to my friends or relatives! I heard many praises about their service and food. My guests even ask me to give them good feedback for Ramada as they are super impressed overall.
