Ordered the tonkatsu ramen for lunch.
The broth was very rich and flavorful. The noodles were the thin style and was cooked al dente!?
Egg was perfect. Nice and creamy. Overall, an excellent lunch. I'd definitely come back again for more delicious ramen!

β β β β β 5 Stars for the ramen. Highly recommended. Tonkatsu soup stock was tasty, not too salty and thick. The ramen itself is the thin and chewy. It came with two generous, big pieces of chasu. Well worth the $10.90. This stall, which hails from Osaka, is part of the self-service Japanese food court besides Cold Storage. Minus one β for the cramped space in the food court and you have to wait a while for a tablet during peak hours.

β β β β β Tucked away in a corner of B1, you might easily missed this place. The food is affordably priced, and offer a range usually seen in ramen place. The gyoza has a crispy skin and tasty stuffings. As for the main order of tonkotsu ramen, I find it a bit on the salty side and very oily. Chashu is also very fatty and tender. Not for the health conscious. Overall an average place for a quick bite.
