Through Raymond Maids Employment Agency, I was able to get a good helper who is of great help and taking good care of my aging parents in their late seventies and early eighties. Personal selection of maids in home country by boss to ensure quality is not commonly found in other agencies and with a wide database they are quick in shortlisting helpers that suit my requirements, I was able to find a suitable helper fast. I highly recommend this agency!

We had hired helper from them in 2020. It's been one and half years of our helper, still she has not been able to work properly at all. Agency also has not helped us properly given the fact that their agency charges are so high, but quality of service very poor.

Very lousy service, Janet was 101% unreliable and unprofessional. Made mistake and not sincere in her apology. We confirmed the maid however it took her more than one month to tell us maid was not going to come as the maid has back out due to husband did allow her to work. No proactive updates from Janet, i had to call every week to ask for update and always come out with lame excuses until her colleague intervened. It was unfortunate that we have thought that a proper maid agency in Zhong shan mall ( also have paid a premium fee )has caused us so much inconvenience. Basically no service at all! In addition, she just try to push a lousy transfer maid to us citing the maid can play guitar, totally doesn't care about the real needs of customers. It was simple the worst agency experience.

Agree with the other comments: avoid this agency and especially this agent called Janet. Conversations with her always waste a lot of my time. Always ask me to interview people who don’t fit my criteria. Always A answer B. The first time I confirmed a new maid with her. Waited about 2 months then she told me β€œshe’s very sick, can’t wake up and walk”. From a healthy young girl to can’t wake up in few months time? Ok I give her the benefit of doubt. Hope the girl is ok. The second time I confirmed a transfer maid with her. 6 hours later, she told me someone else interviewed and signed contract. When I confronted her, she said sorry and agreed to waive some fees for my next hire. Afterwards my husband was still angry and asked about it, she said your wife never confirmed. The third time I confirmed a new maid with her again. She said she will process. After that, there’s no updated about that maid from her. She keeps sending me other biodata for me to view. At this point, I already lost faith and really don’t understand her agenda.

Irresponsible and low of credibility. Under the behest of the agent at the outlet, we complied and interviewed a readily available helper. Thereafter, we agreed verbally with the agent to replace our current helper with the interviewee. We even asked what will be the next process such as when the transfer will take place or are there any actions in our side. We were been told that the transfer will happen in one week’s time. A few hours later, called and told us someone else has interviewed the helper and signed the documents. Tell us there are other available helpers we can choose from instead. Didn’t we already agreed on the interviewed helper? If priority is given to other people before we even interview, why wasn’t this communicated to us that the helper might not even be available to us? Is such a waste of time. I not sure what hidden agenda the outlet/company/agent has but this is utterly irresponsible and unacceptable. For the fees they charging, this level of service that they are providing which is the core of their business, is such a dismay.

If you intend to save trouble by employing the service of a maid agency to manage the paperwork of cancelling your current domestic helper, do not use in particular the service of Janet from Raymond Maids. She only insist on doing the things in her own way that is most convenient to herself, answering personal calls while attending to customers and always explains in the most inefficient way. Never in consideration of customer needs. I wanted to ask about the current helper's departure issues, she kept talking about the new helper issues. I forgotten the last time when I got my current maid, she did not inform me of the other issues the helper needed to do upon arrival thus causing my old and new helper having too little time to cross train. Twice bitten, never again.
