★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here for 2 times, the food is just average. Order the fried abacus seeds kind of too soft and quite bland. The chi Chong fun is too cold to serve, sauce use is too sweet to my likings . The shun kueh not too bad but just average. I have to give 3 stars till I try everything ... will try their fried glutinous rice next time to give more verdict !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very ex. Glutinous rice is just a blob of rice without ingredients, unless you call peanuts ingredients. Yam cake very soft, tasted of flour not yam. Abascus seeds mushy too and salty. Sorry won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and persuasive stall operator - must be Mei Zhen herself. First time visit to this market. We tried 3 soon kueh and we can say its one of the thinnest skin we have come across. It's very good to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got this from a friend during CNY and I must say, it is the best hakka abacus seeds I’ve ever eaten in Singapore. The umami is there and the abacus seeds are nice and qq. I love how the “gravy” coated everything so it was not at all dry nor tasteless. The glutinous rice was also good. Did not get to try the yam cake.
