โ โ โ โ โ Got this for the helper. Highly skeptical about the recent 5 stars. It terminated the line without informing. Payment is very troublesome if you don't set up Giro as you have to go down to their partner shops. There are much better options than this, take those options!

โ โ โ โ โ Had an agent who personally delivered my card, explained how the billing cycle worked, & set-up the APN & sim-card for me, all on a weekend night for my convenience! Furthermore, I've had no issues with the reception & data-connectivity so far, would recommend my friends to port-over to redONE especially since it's so affordable for the plan you get!

โ โ โ โ โ Great service and reception even on the MRT! Great pricing for the SIM card bundle in terms of calling minutes, free caller ID, unlimited slower data after utilizing fast data, as well as monthly text messages! Sales agent was very thorough with me and guided me through the entire process of setting up my APN on my first device and even when I had changed my device! Love the existing customer service model and will be recommending redONE to my friends as well!

Hopefully they can waive off the fee of doing plan change from 8b to 8c as pioneer subscriber are deprived of the 5gb when you first launched. Will gladly give 5 star rating if it can be waived off for customer like me. Thanks.

โ โ โ โ โ Ported from other telco to redONE in under 3 hours. Sign up experience was very smooth. Network is stable. Providing roaming but no roaming packs is a major shortcoming which hopefully redONE team can address soon.

โ โ โ โ โ Been to Chinatown outlet.. staff Amy Lin is friendly and patient towards recommending the different plans to me, even after months later i encounter some issues with my phone she helped me to solve it with efficiency.. overall i am very satisfied with the service experience. Will recommend friends to her.

โ โ โ โ โ The ability to tap on one SIM card and use them in both Singapore and Malaysia is super intuitive. Enjoying the flexibility of not having to bring a spare SIM card to change depending on the country that I'm in. Perfect now that borders are slowly opening up for travel.
