★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their internet speed is unstable and intermittent. Mobile service is horrible.
Dear, Myrepublic, porting of numbers is supposed to be seamless. But you've managed to mess this up by terminating my number without porting it to your side. Making me not contactable for a few days. You're also the first provider where the APN settings needs to be set manually. Due to your lack of communication on this + your poor technical support, I was unable to have data access.
Will not recommend their mobile services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salesperson was missing until the neighbouring shop asked her to come back. There were a few customers, including me waiting. Only returned 45 min before store was closing.
Her services were poor too, did not greet customers and was using mobile phone while serving them. Would recommend for closer monitoring service staff and basic customer training. Overall, I had a low quality customer experience. Pls do something about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a scam. Avoid at all costs. I was charged a greedy 2x $48 fly them without me even being connected to their service just because I did not choose to proceed with them. Terrible customer service too. Will look for my legal rights on this but I want other people to don't fall into this trap.

Should you want to look for
REPUBLIC TELCO...there is a small shop at bedok.mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very long queue on a Sunday as there was only 1 staff working the counter. Even though she was efficient (queued 45 mins for my turn, my request was resolved fast), would be much better if there is more than 1 staff.
